These terms govern all orders placed through this online shop between Aiza Gallery (the “Seller”) and the customer.

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before the order is placed.

Every order is confirmed personally by Aiza Gallery; we then send payment details (e.g. bank transfer). The order becomes binding once confirmed.

Goods are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates. Fragile items are packed with particular care and insured in transit.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the Shipping & Returns policy.
