Shipping & Returns

We ship across Europe. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; express 1–2 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

All tableware is carefully packed and insured against breakage in transit.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins when you (or a third party named by you) take possession of the goods.

To withdraw, inform us by a clear statement (e.g. email to hello@shidaev.example).

Return unused items in their original condition. Please pack fragile pieces securely. Once received and checked, we refund via the original payment method.
